Pixel art self-portrait

Here’s a self-portrait I did using pixel art. The canvas was 128 pixels by 128 pixels. This equates to 16,384 pixels begging to be colourised. The image is based on a photo of me in NYC. The green blob is a tree, which is evidently hard to convey with pixels. If you’re interested in doing your own pixel art, the program I used was very good (it cost one dollar something) and is called ‘Dots’, though it’s only for iPhone. Here’s a smaller resolution version (actually 128*128) which looks neat:
